Q: Claim for lost or damaged shipments?
A: The Buyer please inspect all packages immediately upon the receipt of any goods shipped hereunder. Any claims of damage, shortage, or defect should be reported in writing to us as soon as possible. Claims for these discrepancies must be made within 10 days of your receiving the goods. If Buyer fails to report such claim in 10 days to Seller, such goods shall conclusively be deemed to conform to the terms and conditions hereof and to have been irrevocably accepted by the Buyer.
Q:How to change or cancel the order?
A:The order hereby acknowledged shall not be changed, amended or cancelled by Purchaser unless expressed agreed to in writing by an authorized officer of Pealriver. In such event that the Buyer may cancel the order, Seller will advise Buyer of the total charge for such cancellation, and Buyer agrees to pay such charges, including, but not limited to, cost of producing non-standard materials, cost of producing non-returnable materials, storage and shipment costs, and any other cost resulting from cancellation of this order by Buyer which is permitted by Seller.
Q:How long can i get my goods?
A:1. Generally, the lead time of your order will be 3-10 working days. Inspected, packed and dispatched within 2 days. 2. It depends on where you are. Normally, if by air, it will take 3-7 days for you to get the products since we get your payment.If by road or by sea, it will take 10-35 days. 3. After we send out your goods, we email you tracking number or shipping details within 1 working day. 4. If you need help tracking your goods, or any concerns about the delivery time, please tell us and we will assist you to solve these problems.
Q:How to track my goods?
A:After we dispatch your goods, we will email you the tracking number or shipping details for your reference. You can track your packages at any time. If you don't receive tracking number or shipping details from us, it probably means we have not sent out your goods yet. Generally, your goods are inspected and packed within 2 days. If any special packages required, please discuss with us in advance.
Q:How to make the ?
A:A.For sample order (1-100pcs), please pay us by Western Union. Western Union is convenient and available for most of countries, you can pay by it with very low bank commission. B. For bulk order, we suggest payment by Bank T/T transaction.
